Schimenti Construction partnered with Puma to deliver its second-ever flagship store in North America, a cutting-edge, three-floor retail experience located on Las Vegas Boulevard. Spanning over 25,000 SF, this brand-new building offers an elevated shopping environment featuring exclusive Las Vegas-branded gear, a secret showroom, a virtual reality arcade, professional F1 simulators, and a custom LED Puma Cat logo displayed on a 40-foot curtain wall. This dynamic space redefines retail by merging Puma’s iconic brand with innovative design and immersive customer experiences.

Schimenti worked closely with Puma to bring this ambitious vision to life. Despite challenges, including a delayed start due to landlord and vendor delays, the project remained on schedule, thanks to 16 weeks of meticulous preconstruction planning and 23 weeks of efficient execution. Fixtures were sourced from Hungary, and F1 simulators arrived from England, requiring seamless global collaboration and coordination.

The build demanded precision and adaptability, especially on the bustling Las Vegas Strip, where pedestrian control and safety were paramount. Schimenti successfully managed the installation of a full curtain wall featuring the striking 40-foot Puma Cat LED screen. Regular coordination calls between vendors, installers, and the base building contractor ensured smooth progress. The team also worked closely with the landlord to secure final sign-offs and maintain the project’s momentum.

The result is a retail space that captures the energy and vibrancy of Las Vegas while delivering an immersive brand experience for Puma customers.
