Schimenti Construction partnered with Adidas to deliver the brand’s first U.S.-only soccer-focused flagship, located at American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, NJ. Spanning 9,000 SF, the immersive space blends premium retail with cultural storytelling—serving as a destination for fans, athletes, and collectors alike.

Completed in just 11 weeks, the project introduced a range of specialty elements, including custom turf modeled after official match pitches, millwork celebrating Adidas’ partner federations, and curated displays of soccer memorabilia. High-end finishes and custom furnishings elevated the environment from a transactional retail space to an experiential hub.

Logistical challenges tied to inspections, site access, and complex installations were navigated through close coordination with trusted trade partners and a clear understanding of the client’s design intent. With the 2026 FIFA World Cup set to unfold next door at MetLife Stadium, the timing and placement of the store reinforce Adidas’ investment in both the sport and the region.
