Schimenti Construction transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2022, reflecting our strong belief in the value of our employees and their integral role in the company’s continued growth and prosperity. Under this structure, employees collectively hold 100% of Schimenti’s shares, allowing eligible employees to become beneficial owners of the company.
This shared ownership model aligns the success of the company with the people who help build it every day. With a vested interest in Schimenti’s long-term performance, employee-owners are motivated to innovate, seek efficiencies, and continuously improve the processes and practices that support strong project outcomes for our clients.
