Schimenti Construction partnered with Charles Tyrwhitt to renovate its existing retail location on Avenue of the Americas in New York City. The 3,500 SF project marked Schimenti’s third partnership with the brand in just 18 months and introduced an updated design within the existing store.

The renovation included new architectural finishes, custom millwork and retail fixtures, along with modifications to the store’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Close coordination with the property team and trade partners was maintained throughout construction to keep work moving within the active commercial building.

With just six weeks from construction start to turnover, the team worked within a highly compressed schedule to complete the renovation and prepare the store for opening. Detailed planning and coordination throughout construction allowed Schimenti to successfully deliver the updated space within the accelerated timeframe.
