The scope included a comprehensive interior buildout supported by major infrastructure upgrades, including new rooftop units, generators, transformers, and elevators. Existing building conditions required ongoing coordination and design adjustments to align with current standards, while work progressed alongside broader site improvements tied to the overall redevelopment. Close collaboration across teams helped maintain sequencing and keep the project moving forward.

Additional challenges tied to permitting timelines, utility coordination, and site-wide construction required a highly coordinated approach across all stakeholders.
