- Ulta Beauty’s location in Herald Square is more than just a store. The New York City Flagship features a hair and beauty salon above a newly added mezzanine. This Schimenti built 12,000 SF interior fit-out features a new 32″ storefront and new façade.
- The renovation involved a new elevated design that includes high ceilings, artistic lighting, and digital screens to showcase beauty brands easily. Behind the scenes, the Schimenti team transformed the basement into a luxury employee lounge and revamped the stock rooms.
