Schimenti Construction partnered with UNIQLO to complete a 12,000 SF interior renovation at The Mills at Jersey Gardens, New Jersey’s largest outlet shopping destination. The 20-week buildout reflects UNIQLO’s signature clean, minimalist aesthetic, with bright lighting, symmetrical layouts, and crisp finishes that enhance the brand’s modern retail identity.

The project scope included full MEP coordination, installation of a structural glazed storefront system, execution of a large-scale custom millwork package, and the integration of multiple design revisions throughout construction. Despite active mall operations and logistical constraints, the team maintained a steady schedule and delivered a finished space aligned with UNIQLO’s global standards.

This location marks another successful collaboration in Schimenti’s long-standing partnership with the brand, helping bring their elevated shopping environments to high-traffic destinations across the Northeast.
