- Lululemon continues to bring innovation to the athletic-wear scene through their new NYC location. The Schimenti team tackled this high-end build and emphasized safety to create an iconic retail space that doubles as a yoga studio. This 9,230 sq. ft. renovation involved the demolition of an existing space to build out the three floors of sales space and one floor of “flex space”. This additional space will be used by lululemon for event hosting and yoga classes. An interior feature stairwell was installed as a centerpiece for the space and features two murals, with two additional murals in the yoga studio space.
