By April 3, 2025People, Practice

At Schimenti, transparency and a focus on our people drive our success. In March 2025, we gathered at The Edison Ballroom in NYC for our Annual Meeting, where we reflected on our achievements, strengthened connections, and looked ahead to what’s next.

Matthew Schimenti delivered a Presidential Address that celebrated our achievements and outlined the path forward. VP of Construction Oliver Holland recapped an incredible year of project delivery for some of the world’s largest brands and highlighted the strength of our outstanding safety culture. Executive Vice President James Harrison provided insights into our financial performance and outlined key goals for the future.

The meeting celebrated major milestones from the past year, including the successful completion of 90 projects, eight flagship builds, and our first-ever $100 million project in Manhattan. These accomplishments reflect the strength of our team, the trust our clients place in us, and our expanding reach across key U.S. markets. Our safety culture continues to lead the way, with an EMR of 0.71, well below the industry average.

As an employee-owned company, we celebrated our business wins and the long-term vision that drives us: to become the contractor of choice in every market we serve.
