Sage + Sound is a full-service retail and service brand specializing in wellness solutions. Schimenti successfully executed Sage & Sound’s vision for their location in the Upper East Side of New York City, encompassing a 5,500 SF space adorned with custom storefronts, millwork, Venetian plaster walls, ceilings, and hardwood flooring.

Our team has delivered a fully integrated LED lighting package, complete with a top-of-the-line controlled WiFi system. The wellness space features a meticulously curated retail space, a meditation room, treatment rooms for facials, acupuncture, and lymphatic massage, as well as a nail salon. Additionally, the space boasts two fully equipped kitchen areas for food preparation, with eco-grip flooring and tiled cafe counters. The sound-controlled meditation room boasts a custom entry door, niches, and a BASWA sound panel ceiling with plaster. The project involved collaborating with multiple designers to bring the aesthetics to life, incorporating high-end finishes, state-of-the-art lighting, and lighting controls.

Schimenti’s Self-Perform team was instrumental in achieving the client’s vision and essence, and we were able to achieve the desired result by developing strong relationships with Construction Management, Architecture Teams, and Designers involved.
