Schimenti Construction partnered with adidas to deliver a 4,400 SF retail store at Legacy West in Plano, Texas. Building on a successful previous collaboration, the project brought the brand’s latest retail concept to one of the region’s premier shopping destinations. The space was designed to provide a modern shopping experience while incorporating premium finishes and custom architectural details throughout. This store features adidas Performance and adidas Originals collections, along with products curated specifically for the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Completed in 13 weeks, the project included a full interior fit-out featuring new finishes, custom fixtures, and branded design elements. Patina aluminum panels, warm, textured plaster finishes, a custom adidas logo installation, and stainless-steel fitting rooms were incorporated to create a refined retail environment. These finishes were selected to complement the store’s design aesthetic while maintaining consistency with adidas’ global brand standards.

Many of the store’s architectural features required close coordination among the project team, design consultants, and trade partners. Custom fixtures were designed, engineered, and fabricated specifically for the space, while ongoing collaboration helped maintain alignment with the client’s design expectations. The team also navigated challenges related to material procurement, workmanship standards, and construction in a new market, using proactive quality control measures and consistent communication to keep the project moving forward.
