Schimenti Construction partnered with UNIQLO to deliver a 12,000 SF retail store at 187 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located within The Kent House, a seven-story mixed-use development along the East River, the project expands the brand’s presence in Williamsburg and continues an ongoing partnership between Schimenti and UNIQLO.

Completed in 18 weeks, the scope included a full interior fit-out of an existing white-box space and the removal and replacement of the exterior storefront canopy. Strong coordination between project teams and trade partners helped maintain the schedule from start to finish, resulting in a seamless delivery.

The result is a modern retail destination that adds to Williamsburg’s vibrant retail mix while supporting UNIQLO’s continued growth in the New York market.
