Schimenti Construction completed a focused interior remodel of an active AMC Dine-In Theater, upgrading approximately 3,200 square feet of common area space. The scope included a new food and beverage fulfillment station, a self-service beverage dispensing area, and an updated guest services counter with new equipment. Cosmetic enhancements such as new paint and carpeting were applied throughout, and several pieces of food service equipment were relocated to improve layout and functionality. The work centered on modernizing the theater’s front-of-house experience, without impacting auditoriums, recliners, or projection systems.

Having worked with AMC on previous projects, the team was able to anticipate and address key infrastructure needs, including an upgrade to the existing CO2 system, which was identified and submitted for approval during the course of construction. This proactive approach helped maintain momentum and kept the project on schedule from January through April 2025. Strong communication between Schimenti and AMC was essential, with both teams maintaining transparency and steady coordination. The completed remodel delivers a refreshed, functional space designed to enhance the guest experience.
