- The approximately 80,000-square-foot project included the renovation of all ten theaters, concessions, box office, cash room and four restrooms. Divided into three main phases, the work began with the construction of a temporary box office and concession stand, which Schimenti completed in two evenings.
- Phase 1 encompassed the renovations of theaters 1–6, two of the restrooms and 60% of the main corridor. Completed concurrently, Phase 1A involved renovating the concession area, box office and free-style beverage center. Once those phases were complete, Schimenti moved on to Phase 2, the renovation of theaters 7–10, the remaining restrooms and the balance of the main corridor.
