• Schimenti has worked with Bank of America on more than 10 projects, including this build just outside of Times Square, New York. The project consisted of a total interior fitout, including the installation of the electrical elements like ATM machines. This build features two custom wood panel walls and a Filzfelt mural wall above the ATM’s to create a calm and inviting atmosphere. Through an emphasis on proper disposal of construction materials and the efficiency of the mechanical and electrical systems installed by Schimenti, this project achieved a LEED Volume Certification. The certification states that the building has been globally recognized for achievement in sustainability practices.
