Located in Americana at Brand, which requires strict adherence to logistic and construction policies, the team worked tirelessly to ensure perfection and timeliness while ensuring quality of life for the residents above.
- this project included a complete remodel of the 6,000 SF space across 12 weeks of construction. The project included new interior partitions, custom millwork including wood panel ceiling systems, custom lighting, MEPs, and an all new storefront.
