- One Kings Lane’s new corporate space highlights the aesthetic touches the brand is known for. The space features fabric panel walls, polished concrete, and a blend of new and existing finishes. The company emphasizes creating a unique and personalized space, represented in their own office through a photo-studio aesthetic. The Schimenti team built out a large central pantry, phone rooms, conference rooms, photo studio, and a full office space. Additionally, an extensive HVAC package included new units, VAVs, and controls. The project was completed within an occupied office.
