Schimenti Construction partnered with Whole Foods Market to deliver a new 9,941 SF Daily Shop location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, introducing the brand’s smaller-format grocery concept to one of the borough’s most popular neighborhoods. Designed to provide convenient access to fresh food, prepared meals, and everyday essentials, the Daily Shop model offers a streamlined neighborhood market experience tailored for dense urban communities.

The project included the full interior buildout of the store, including the installation of refrigerated display cases, grocery fixtures, and new finishes, and coordination with specialty vendor equipment packages. Working within a compact footprint required thoughtful logistics planning to manage deliveries, staging, and installation of large-format refrigeration and merchandising systems while keeping the project moving efficiently.

Despite a tight timeline, the team maintained momentum through close coordination with the client and vendor partners. As the store team prepared for opening, Schimenti remained actively engaged on site to support final adjustments and operational needs. The result is a modern grocery destination in the heart of Williamsburg.
