- Vince Camuto was a fashion industry veteran, who designed clothes and shoes for a variety of major labels including Tory Burch, BCBG Max Arzria, Nine West and Jessica Simpson, he tapped Schimenti Construction to build his new store at 667 Madison Avenue, New York. Each Vince Camuto store is unique in design with no two stores being identical. The new Madison Avenue location featured a dramatic store front 23 feet high with recessed curtain pockets, recessed lights and hanging signage. Project Manager, Finbar Looby, said “removing a steel mechanical platform was a substantial obstacle that had to be overcome to keep the project on schedule and to achieve original design plans.
