We are pleased to announce that two Schimenti-built projects have earned Construction Excellence Awards from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Empire State. Our Printemps at One Wall Street and SKIMS SoHo projects were both recognized in the General Contractor – Renovation category, celebrating our craftsmanship and commitment to excellence.
Printemps at One Wall Street marks the brand’s first U.S. location, spanning 55,000 SF across two floors within one of New York’s most historic Art Deco buildings. Designed by Laura Gonzalez, the store blends heritage and innovation through bold contrasts, layered materials, and immersive environments, including the restored landmark Red Room with its 33-foot ceilings and preserved mosaics.
SKIMS NYC Flagship, spanning 25,000 SF across eight stories, included a full interior demolition, complete MEP system replacement, and the buildout of four levels dedicated to sales areas and back-of-house operations. Guided by the vision of Kim Kardashian and co-founder Jens Grede, the flagship embodies the brand’s philosophy of luxury through minimalism, translating SKIMS’ signature monochromatic aesthetic into a physical experience.
We are also proud to have earned an ABC National Safety Excellence Award, recognizing Schimenti’s ongoing commitment to jobsite safety and our strong safety culture across all projects.
