JPMorgan Chase Bank, the largest commercial bank in the United States and a key player in global financial services, is focused on expanding nationwide. As part of this effort, they commissioned Schimenti to manage the construction of a new branch at Wilton Perry Crossing in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Spanning 3,500 square feet, the project aimed to deliver a banking facility and a modern, inviting space for customers. The branch is designed with precise detail and boasts a striking exterior featuring Nichiha fiber cement siding complemented by a limestone façade. Inside are three ATMs, two within the ATM room and one in the 24-hour vestibule. Additionally, there is a conference room, three meeting booths featuring unique millwork, and four offices.
One of the project’s notable challenges revolved around coordinating with various owner vendors to navigate the implementation of the complex security system. This task required thorough planning, meticulous attention to detail, and the flexibility to accommodate last-minute adjustments. Additionally, supply chain issues necessitated incorporating changes to the rooftop unit (RTU) into the project schedule. Despite these challenges, Schimenti Construction successfully delivered a state-of-the-art branch on-schedule and within 27 weeks.
