ENR East (Engineering News-Record), a leading publication covering the region’s construction industry, has recognized Schimenti Construction as its 2025 New York Contractor of the Year. Schimenti ranked No. 1 in retail construction on the 2024 ENR New York Top Contractors list and earned the top spot again in 2025, underscoring leadership in the sector. Projects include PRINTEMPS at One Wall Street, marking the French retailer’s U.S. debut, and SKIMS 5th Avenue.
