These projects were evaluated based on the team’s ability to overcome challenges, commitment to safety, construction and design quality, and their contribution to the industry and community.
ENR East
Printemps at One Wall Street
Renovation/Restoration, Award of Merit
Schimenti partnered with Printemps to deliver its first U.S. location inside New York’s historic One Wall Street. The 55,000 SF flagship spans two floors and was delivered turnkey, including all custom furniture, lighting, and finishes. The build combined global sourcing, complex logistics, and careful restoration of the landmarked Red Room, blending Parisian luxury with the city’s Art Deco heritage.

SKIMS LA Flagship
Best Small Project
Schimenti partnered with SKIMS to build their first California flagship on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. The 4,546 SF space, designed by Rafael de Cárdenas, features sculpted interiors defined by sweeping curves and a monochromatic palette. Extensive structural work and precise coordination enabled the brand’s distinctive vision to come to life.
Tory Burch Rodeo Drive
Small Project, Award of Merit
Schimenti partnered with Tory Burch to renovate their three-story boutique on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The 4,946 SF project introduced a new ceramic-inspired façade and refined interiors with hand-finished plaster and custom fixtures. Delivered through close collaboration with the client and design team, the boutique reflects the brand’s evolving aesthetic.
