Swingers, founded in 2014 in London, offers a unique experience of mini golf complemented by delicious street food, sensational cocktails, and impeccable service within a distinctive, theatrical setting.

After opening their first US site in 2021, Schimenti had the honor of collaborating on their latest venture in New York City at the Virgin Hotel. Schimenti was entrusted with the complete fit-out of the 23,000 SF space, spanning both the ground and cellar levels and featuring 20-foot ceilings. The venue draws inspiration from a 1920’s golf club situated in the serene English countryside, with an old-school clubhouse, three bespoke nine-hole crazy golf courses, six cocktail bars, a food court featuring four of New York’s finest vendors, a DJ booth, and private hire rooms.

Schimenti executed a Design-Build approach to the project while coordinating with an owner-furnished millwork package designed by a team based in England. Despite facing several obstacles while working on the active construction of the Virgin Hotel, Schimenti completed the project within the scheduled timeframe and allocated budget.
