- This 70,000 sq. ft. total building renovation of six floors encompassed six auditoriums, two bars, a full operating kitchen, new curtain wall system and six DJ booths. It also included the installation of MEP roof units, installation of a new roofing system and building steel structure within a dumbwaiter shaft. The project lasted the duration of one year.
