Schimenti Construction completed the interior fit-out of a new JP Morgan Chase branch in Wayland, Massachusetts. Spanning 4,500 square feet, the branch includes a Chase Private Client office, two ATMs, and a secure vestibule for after-hours access. Inside, the space features custom millwork, tiled flooring, and accent wallcoverings, all designed to support a modern, elevated banking experience.

The project included a full mechanical system upgrade, including rooftop equipment, control wiring, and an energy recovery unit to meet Massachusetts’ stretch code requirements. Exterior enhancements included new entry doors, windows, and a custom canopy. Despite the complexity of the exterior envelope modifications and coordination required across stakeholders, the project stayed on schedule. Close collaboration with the design team and the client ensured alignment on all scope adjustments.

In just 18 weeks, the result is a new branch that brings global banking service to the Wayland community with a focus on convenience and customer care.
