We are pleased to announce that two Schimenti-built projects have earned Construction Excellence Awards from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Empire State. Our Live Nation Brooklyn Paramount Theater project received the General Contractor – Renovation category award, while our Cartier SoHo project won in the General Contractor – Commercial NYC category.
Live Nation’s Brooklyn Paramount Theater was a one-of-a-kind 72,000-square-foot renovation. Schimenti partnered with Live Nation to revive the 90-year-old venue, retaining and restoring its historic features while integrating modern amenities and technology to transform it into a high-end performance space.
Cartier’s four-story, 11,000-square-foot flagship in SoHo is a best-in-class build that combines innovation and heritage. This landmark project blends contemporary design with the neighborhood’s industrious roots, creating a unique and memorable experience.
We are also proud to have earned an ABC National Safety Excellence Award, which acknowledges our ongoing commitment to site safety and corporate safety culture through exemplary performance and safety initiatives.
