As part of this leadership evolution, James will lead daily operations, including market expansion and planning, firm operations, financial performance, people, and execution of our strategic plan. He will have broad responsibility for our strategic growth and planning, including financial forecasting, customer relations, business performance, and organizational development.

Over the past six years, James has become a key member of our leadership team and has contributed significantly to our growth. I have seen his vision, understanding of our business and people, and, most importantly, his ability to execute.
